In June of 2023 we left Colorado for a year-long road trip around the country. We sold our home, two cars, a Pop Up camper, our raft and trailer, and most of our belongings. We quit our jobs and pulled our kids out of school. We bought the camper you see above and a Tahoe to pull it with.
Leaving on that fateful day, June 14th, 2023, we didn’t know when the journey would end, or where. We just knew we’d return to Colorado.
The picture above was taken near the Bonneville Salt Flats in western Utah. That was approximately day 340. All told, we spent 356 days in our camper.
This website will serve as a memorial to the trip and provide documentation for later years when we wonder if it really did happen, or if was not all just a dream.
